A restaurant like Magna Kusina doesn’t really need social media—it’s a fan favorite on OpenTable, has been named in the New York Times’ best restaurants list, and chef Carlo has a cult-like following. But, with rising costs and so many new things to try around town, it takes a little more than recognition to get butts into seats.

By creating UGC-style content, posting stories with CTAs, and leveraging collaborations on Instagram, the restaurant has seen an uptick in social media engagement, as well as reservations and walk-ins during its usual slow season.
