Jade Food Products is the manufacturer of the best local Hawaiian snacks and crackseed in Hawaii.

For this account, I worked with a team of 3 to create content to promote on the company’s Instagram and Facebook to drive e-commerce sales. In Hawaii, most people grew up eating crackseed and lihing mui - it’s a staple in our local culture. Through the Jade Food Instagram, we strategized ways to bring crackseed and lihing mui out of our childhood memories and into our everyday lives. To make the snacks more adult-friendly, I created Instagram Reels featuring lihing in cocktails and mocktails. All of my cocktail reels have gotten 50% more likes and engagement than most of the content on the page. In addition to reels, I’ve taken several lifestyle/product photos.
